Items must be not used and in perfect condition or they will NOT be exchanged/returned.

No exchanges/returns on shoes that have been worn or used.

No exchanges /returns on merchandise which is altered in any way.

No exchanges/returns on under clothes.

 

Pick-up Policy

Customer is responsible for checking their merchandise before exiting the premise. The store is not responsible for customers alteration pick-ups. Please check your alterations before exiting the premise.
